well i know that American Airlines is the cheapest airline. but im not sure if they go to Algeria. You may want to try

I would first check which are all the low cost airlines flying from one place to another on , and then book directly on the airline’s website.

Try these guys:
They show direct and non direct flights around the world : ) always use them. If not try looking up Algiers Airport (Algiers capital Airport) and see who flies there that would not be a fuss, e.g. London Heathrow, which would be easy say from NYC – London – Algiers, then Algiers – London – NYC for example. Try both out : )
