Can i cancel one leg of my connecting flight?

I am going from barcelona to mumbai via paris. and the difference between the flights is only one hour. Now i think i may miss the flight. when i called the airlines they told me that the change fee of one leg will be 105 euro. While i can get a much cheaper flight to paris if i book now. what should i do? Its also not allowed to miss one part of the journey nad continue with the other.

Unless you fly on the Barcelona Paris leg, they wioll cancel your flighjt to Mumbai.

You must either pay the 105 Euro or stick to your schedule. I have already explained to you a few days ago that your journey is invalid if you do not use the first sector of your ticket.
If Air France have issued a through connecting ticket with 60 minutes change then that is because THEY are satisfied it is enough. If you miss the connection due to their fault, then they will look after you and still get you there. Your luggage goes straight through, you only have to walk from one gate to the other.
