I was using the northwest airlines website and also travelocity.
I am looking to travel for about 2 weeks, so from May 18 to June 1st (or around those dates).

$400 is about as cheap of a flight at you are going to find and I’m surprised they will issue the ticket because so many airlines are not selling tickets more than 45 days in advance

My sister-in-law is a travel guru ;P and she told me that the best time to find tickets cheap is at 1 am on Wednesdays. This is when most airlines reset their ticket prices (I’m a little confused about the whole system, but my sister-in-law was very knowledgeable.)
I followed her advice and got round trip tickets for my husband and I (san antonio to denver) for $400 including all taxes and seating fees.
