purchasing airline ticket in U.S. and shipping it off?

im planning on a trip and i found this very cheap flight in STA travels but it says purchases are available in US only, although the flight that i saw was from my country to the destination i wanted to go. I have relatives in the US and if i asked them to purchase the ticket for me there and send it to me here, will the airline ticket still be valid?

almost certainly I have brother who lives in the states and he once bought me a air line ticket to go out there but it was not from that site
