As I learn from the nepalese, the Gurkha they will buy tickets with the correct connection at Bangkok (Air Terminal) cut cost & time to reach Nepal.
Check with Universal Travel that arrange trekking group to climb mountain at Nepal & the Himalayan Region.

Flight cost depends on the SEASON. I mean if it is the time when most people travel, then the fair is very high. But if you want to go to Nepal in the time when not many visitors go, then you can get a cheaper fair.
